FAQ Most of the common questions that are asked can be answered below. If you don't find your answer below, unclear about any of the policies listed below or have any other questions don't hesitate to email or call us. 1. How do I return an item damaged in transit? If an item is damaged please contact us immediately. All of our shipments are insured at no extra charge to you. 2. Do you guarantee the sex of the fish? We do our best at sending you the sex of fish you order. We do NOT guarantee that sex of fish even if they are labeled as males. 99.9% of the time we are able to sex the fish correctly. 3. What does "unsexed" mean? Fish that we sell under the category "unsexed"' means that the fish is still too small to determine whether they are a male or a female. These fish are less expensive than if they are larger and sex can be determine. 4. What happens if I need to cancel my order? We start treating our fish for shipment 72 hours prior to shipment. Therefor any order canceled 72 hours prior to shipment will not be eligible for a refund. Any order canceled with the 72 hour window will get store credit for future orders. 5. If I order today, when will you ship my fish? Before shipment, we quarantine all fish for at least 24-48 hours. During this period, we closely monitor the fish to make sure they are healthy. We also do not feed them during this time in order to 'clean out' their digestive system. This lessens the chance of fish dying in transit due to poor water quality. Once this process is completed, your fish will then be shipped out the next Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday - whichever comes first. In most cases, we do NOT ship, Friday or Saturday.

Cargo and Overnight shipping are covered 100% (shipping not included) Cargo Shipments MUST be picked up within two hours of arrival at the destination airport. 2 day shipping 0% coverage We are not responsible for any DOA due to carrier delay or Act Of God. You will need to file a claim with the carrier to recover any losses. We provide you with any documents needed to help you file a claim. If any of the fish are doa, please send me a picture of the dead fish within 1 hour of delivery while they are still bagged. Once the bags are opened we are no longer responsible. DO NOT dispose of the doa. I will give you instructions of what to do next. No refunds will be give on shipping.
